I was very busy and also not feeling well the past few days and I forgot to finish the dress giveaway. I am so sorry! As usual, I let Random.org pick the winning number, and this time fellow adoptive mom Amber West is our winner! I will email her right now and mail the dress and hat as soon as possible.
